Discovery: Music for Toddlers is designed for toddlers with their parents or care givers. Toddlers are very interested in music and naturally respond to music activities. This program was designed in a way that brings joy for both adults and children. Together they share the beauty of music by singing, rhyming, moving and playing percussion instruments in a fun, creative and enjoyable way to develop coordination and gross motor skills, an inner beat for music, balance, and reinforce cognitive learning!!

In this harp workshop, students will be introduced to the mechanism of the lever harp and learn the basics of playing technique. In a collaborative environment, students will learn how to read harp notation and fingerings, participate in activities to strengthen aural skills, and receive instruction with emphasis on relaxed technique for optimal tone production and injury prevention. There will also be opportunity for individual feedback as each student will have a chance to play the harp. Come join for a fun afternoon of learning about this beautiful instrument!
