Lessons
We offer one on one lessons in piano, acoustic, electric, and bass guitar, ukulele, voice, violin, percussion (drum set) and more!
Summer session features woodwind lessons, as well!
Starting ages vary by instrument, but no age is too old to start! *First grade is the minimum starting age for private piano lessons. Seventh grade minimum for private voice students.
* We recommend purchasing a guitar or violin from an in-person retailer who can help you select an instrument that is an appropriate size for your student.
SUMMER 2025 Private Lessons
June 2-August 29
Each teacher will offer 11 weeks of lessons. We have 3 options for summer packages:
1) A total of 10 lessons at a regular weekly time slot ($125/month June-August)
2) A total of 10 lessons in time slots that you sign up for ($125/month June-August)
3) 5 lessons in time slots that you sign up for ($200)
Registration is OPEN for new students. Scheduling for new students will take place in May once current students have been placed.
Summer Band Ensemble
Thursdays- 7:00-8:00 PM
Two 4-week sessions $80/session or both for $150
This once-a-week summer band ensemble class is designed to help middle school students stay musically active during the break. Through small ensemble playing, students will strengthen their technique, maintain their chops, solidify their foundational skills, and build confidence on their instrument. Perfect for current band students looking to keep their skills sharp and continue growing as musicians over the summer!
Audition Prep
Have an audition coming up and need help preparing? We have limited 30-minute spots available for audition prep sessions. We will help you select a song that shows off your voice and get you ready to nail your audition! $40/session

Parent-Preschool is a weekly 35-minute class designed for students ages 6 months to 5 years old and a parent/ caregiver. We will explore music using movement and percussion instruments. Parents: no musical experience necessary! This class is made for fun! An individual instrument kit is included in the $25 registration fee (per child), so each child has their own set of materials.
Spring 2025: Mondays at 10:00 AM, Tuesdays at 10:00 AM

Grades K-5
Students will sing, dance, play instruments, compose, improvise, and learn the fundamentals of music (including steady beat, rhythm, pitch, dynamics, and timbre). Students will learn about composers and the role of music in society.
Cost: $65/month, $55/month for additional siblings

Grades 3-8
This is the perfect way for young singers to gain experience and learn correct vocal technique. The chorus will sing varied repertoire in unison and in parts. They perform at Mosley Music recitals and other venues in the community. Some notable performances are: Richmond Flying Squirrels Baseball Game, Hanover v. Atlee Varsity Basketball game, Atlee Little League opening day ceremony, swim meets.

This monthly jam session led by Paul Bakeman is for adult musicians at ANY level as long as you know 4 chords! Participants will receive a packet of chord charts in advance and will play some greatest hits while learning performance tips and music trivia! Open to guitar, uke, bass, drums, and keys.
Cost: $20/month, $15/month for additional household members
